This means, if there are two people in your family, your goal is to spend less than $50 each week of the challenge. They also want you to get creative and prepare well-balanced meals. This challenge is a great place for you to start trying to re-evaluate your grocery budget, especially because the focus is on well-balanced meals rather than just stocking up your pantry with pre-packaged, processed foods.
